About Kunz Ministries

The auther of the book "Deliverance" Pastor Jeffrey Kunz was born in the Los Angeles area and now lives in Tulsa Oklahoma. His wife Melissa Kunz was born in Tulsa Oklahoma. They minister on things like anger management, addiction and walking in love from a Christian perspective. They received their education at Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. They have spoken locally at Brookhaven Hospital in Tulsa Oklahoma. Brookhaven is a hospital for drug addiction, depression and also eating disorders. God has delivered Pastor Jeffrey and Melissa from more then ten years of drug addiction and violence. They have also traveled nationwide speaking in the local church on these subjects and others as well.

They minister on how God has delivered them out of years of drug addiction and violence and what the Bible has to say on these subjects. God has delivered them from everything imaginable. They have learned from experience that people are more receptive to someone who has overcome what they themselves are going through. They feel that if you can just tell the people in these situations that there is a way of overcoming anything with help from Jesus Christ! With God you will succeed in breaking free and overcoming whatever it is that you are going through.

The Scriptural Purpose For Kunz Ministries

  1. To fulfill the Great Commission of Christ:
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (NIV) Matthew 28:19-20
  2. To Show Men That God Has Set Them Free:
"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?  And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?  And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?  And how can they preach unless they are sent?  As it is written, 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!' " (NIV) Romans 10:13-15
  3. To minister to the totality of human need:
The Parable of the Good Samaritan - Luke 1
  4. To Feed Who God Says To Feed, And Shelter Who God Says To Shelter: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.' 37 Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' 40 And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.'  (KJV) Matt 25:35-40

6.

The The Vision of Kunz Ministries:

Our vision for our overall ministry is to minister to the needs of the most lost and broken people of this generation. We will be ministering to recovering drug addicts and abused woman and children. We will also be housing women and children in domestic violence situations. We will have a Church in Los Angeles that meets the needs of the inner city. We will have a street outreach that will consist of sidewalk services for the inner city and buses to bring people to church.
